Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role & responsibilities

This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial health. Key duties include managing financial planning and reporting, driving financial governance across sales and manufacturing, controlling budgets, managing cash flow, and leading the finance team. Additionally, the position supervises all financial personnel, prepares and analyzes MIS reports, and provides actionable insights to stakeholders. It also includes monitoring commercial performance, driving business and financial KPIs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and assisting internal audits to implement suggestions. Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial in this role.

Business Strategy

• Monitor Review Report, business KPIs, with actionable financial insights for effective decision-making.
• Budgetary control over critical spends, both Opex and Capex
• Ensure compliances across govt. departments on taxes, audits, subsidy, Licenses etc.
• Leading stakeholder management across bankers and investors. For reporting and fundraising activities.

Finance Controllership

• Driving governance across sales and manufacturing commercial function
• Building and Driving robust internal financial controls, which are Sustainable Scalable Transparent
• Cash Flow management
• Drive Internal & Statutory Audit activities periodically and ensure implementation of corrective actions

Reporting & MIS

o Managing financial planning, accuracy, and processing of financial reports.

o Prepare & analyze MIS reports, present the same to stakeholders with actionable insights.

o Prepare other relevant & reliable financial reports presenting current & future financial perspectives for company.

Preferred candidate profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12-20 years of experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Controller

- Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic planning

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
