Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and management for a listed company in the solar power sector.
• Manage fundraising activities, including IPOs, and ensure efficient capital allocation.
• Oversee controls, compliance, governance, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
• Ensure statutory, legal, and SEBI compliance, including audits and tax management.
• Handle investor relations, fund-raising initiatives, and financial reporting.
• Supervise financial operations across multiple SPV assets and geographies in Maharashtra.
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team to support business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, cost-sensitive industries, and listed companies.
• Proven expertise in fundraising, especially IPOs, and managing multiple SPV operations.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
• Experience in the solar energy or power sector is highly preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of statutory, legal, SEBI, and financial compliance.
