Microsoft Architect (SharePoint/Office 365)

Location: Ahmedabad. Its not remote position. We allow remote work only occasionally.

Experience: 10+ Years

We are looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong background in SharePoint, SPFx, and overall IT knowledge. As a Senior IT Technical Resource, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing IT solutions that align with our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in SharePoint architecture, SPFx development, and a comprehensive understanding of IT technologies. We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful IT consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, working closely with them to understand business requirements and propose effective IT solutions.
• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initial assessment and planning to implementation and post-implementation support.
• The ideal candidate will bring expertise in SharePoint architecture, Power Platform implementation, AI (Good to know), SPFx development, and a comprehensive understanding of IT technologies. It would be good if candidate has performed leadership role for Office 365.
• Design and implement SharePoint solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• The candidate should be capable of managing a team of 10 to 30 people in O365 and SharePoint, and independently handling architecture planning, project management, client relations, and technical architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on technical issues and consulting best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SharePoint environments.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7-12 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development and SPFx.
• Proficient in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, .NET Core, and React would be considered an added advantage
• Strong understanding of overall IT infrastructure and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate diverse project teams.
