Sharepoint Architect

Location: Remote

Shift timing : UK shift (2pm to 11pm IST)

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premise, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and related technologies. They should possess strong problem-solving skills, architectural design experience, and the ability to lead technical teams in developing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SharePoint architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership for SharePoint development and integration projects.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premise environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SharePoint solutions.
• Migrate legacy SharePoint solutions to modern SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Customize SharePoint using Power Automate, Power Apps, SPFx, and other development tools.
• Ensure governance policies, security best practices, and compliance guidelines are followed.
• Optimize SharePoint performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Integrate SharePoint with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Train and mentor IT teams on SharePoint best practices and technologies.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server (2013, 2016, 2019), and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Azure services.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint migrations and upgrades.
• Expert at React and TypeScript
• Knowledge of SharePoint governance, security, and compliance.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell.
• Experience with backend technologies such as .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator or Microsoft 365 Expert certification.
• Experience with hybrid SharePoint environments.
• Knowledge of ASP.Net and .Net Frameworks
• Knowledge of AI and automation in SharePoint.
