Design Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer to lead and execute New Product Development (NPD) and Introduction (NPI) projects. The role involves delivering innovative design solutions, managing multiple projects, and enhancing engineering processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute NPD, NPI, and custom design projects within deadlines.

- Deliver optimized designs for core components and manufacturing processes.

- Develop and maintain knowledge management systems for products and processes.

- Implement CAD automation to improve efficiency and quality.

- Ensure high-quality deliverables through process-driven approaches.

- Coordinate with clients and teams for project updates and feedback.

Required Skills:

- Expertise in manufacturing techniques, casting processes, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.

- Proficiency in CATIA V6 or 3Dx CAD tools, Enovia PLM, and engineering change management.

- Knowledge of product development lifecycle (concept-to-product).

- Strong communication, multitasking, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in NPD/NPI and core element design.
