Technical Service Engineer

Roles

You are responsible for providing Technical Services to the machines and equipment supplied by NITSHAW and its principal companies with the help of service team as well as independently. Your will be carrying out your duties primarily at customer sites as well as places where the machines are supplied to be installed. Apart from office, you will be available on phone, email as well as online for company meetings and work.

Service Responsibilities include:

Handling of day to day activities of service department

Monitoring and controlling of service and spare business

Organization of pre installation activities

Installation & Commissioning of machines

Operator / Customer Training for usage as well as maintenance

Trouble Shooting & Repairing of the machines

Recommendation of spares and consumables

Sales of Spares, Consumables as well as Services

Payment follow-ups and collections on timely basis

Regular customer contacts as well as visits.

CRM updates of activities and ensuring the updation from the team.

Report preparations and Regular Reporting.

Keeping Records of the activities for self and Team.

Learning and keeping yourself updated on the Machines.

Training & knowledge sharing with colleagues / team.

Support in the sales and promotional activities.

Demonstration of the machines to Potential customers.

Representation of Nitshaw at Exhibitions, Forums etc.
