Key Responsibilities:

We will be providing detailed training well before:-

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

Keep records of interactions and follow up on queries.

Requirements:

1-8 years of experience in customer service (real estate experience preferred).

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
