Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer with expertise in real estate projects to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our developments. The ideal candidate will ensure project designs meet quality standards, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain MEP systems for real estate projects.
- Review project blueprints and specifications to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality and safety of installations.
- Prepare and manage budgets for MEP works and procure required materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP system issues during and after construction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering (or related field).
- Relevant years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of local building codes and safety regulations.
