UX / UI Designer

• Research, think, argue, analyze, strategize, create and iterate

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate user experience as per Bokaap Designs standards and client needs

• Be open-minded for suggestions and criticism

• Drive the design with an eye for detail, focus on design principles, layout, alignment and usability

• Be responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality

• Ability to deep-dive into the clients business, different industries and users

• Create mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and visual design ideas

• Updated with the latest global UI trends and technologies

• Regular interactions with the developers for end deliverables

Must Haves

• 2+ years of experience

• Knowledge of Figma is a must. Skills in Adobe Principle and Webflow is a plus

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Animations in order to guide the dev team on the desired output

• Good command over English

• Proficient in communication: verbal and written

• Capability to perform tasks independently as well as collaboratively with a team

• Ability to motivate fellow team members in their respective work areas

• Creative, trustworthy, patient, and dependable

• Versatility to work on projects of different natures

• Sense of humour, team spirit and a sense of ownership towards the work that you do
