5. Negotiate contract terms and pricing

6. Track orders and ensure timely delivery

7. Review quality of purchased products.

8. Create and maintain accurate rewards of purchases,pricing and supplier information.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies,legal requirements and ethieal standards

10. Prouen work experience as a purchasing officer.

11. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing pratices.

12. Hands-on experience of SAP.

13. Understanding supply chain procedures.

14. Solid analytical skills.

15. Ability to identify market trends and make decisious in high stress environment.

16. Assist in procure - to pay,generate,validate and maintain change of SAP purchase order according to business needs

17. Develop and recommend specific sourcing senarios on the basis of spend analysis findings, extensive knowledge of the relevant supply markets and consolidated business requirments.

18. Draft contracts for management approval.

19. Evaluate vendors performance to propose recommandations for future business dealings.

20. Manage non-nonformities in delivery schedules and products.

21. Monitor procurement budget and expenditure.

22. Review and shortlist bid submissions.

23. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

24. Budgeting ,costing and cost saving after reviewing the management information available.

25. Generate reports necessary for updating purchasing dashboard to track and maintain KPI'S.
