Salary Range: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manual/Automation Tester to join our team. You will be responsible for testing our in-house built applications to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to grow in the field of software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manual Testing:
   
• Analyze requirements and create detailed test cases and test scenarios.
• Execute test cases to validate functionality, usability, and reliability.
• Report and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution by the development team.
2. Automation Testing (Basic):
   
• Assist in developing and maintaining automation scripts for regression and functional testing.
• Use tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or equivalent for automation.
3. Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely feedback.
• Participate in sprint planning and ensure testing is aligned with development cycles.
4. Documentation:
   
• Document test results, prepare test reports, and maintain a repository of test cases.
• Contribute to the creation of user manuals or application guides, if required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation).
• Basic understanding of testing concepts and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, or similar.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript) for automation.
• Exposure to tools like Postman for API testing or JMeter for performance testing.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent is a plus.
