Deputy Manager - Sales

Role & responsibilities

1. Handling leads - speak to customers for inward enquiries and proactive calls to leads to advice customers or prospective about the concept, services, handling objections and convince them for site visit and trial stays.
2. Relationship building - behave in true sense as customer advisor for their best interest for retirement housing and win their trust
3. Handling email and WhatsApp queries to reach out to customers to share information about project, services
4. Conduct of site visits - plan site visits of customers to give them best of experiences with warmth and care. Plan and execute their visit to the project, central block and dwelling units. Escort them thought the process for a guided tour of the project.
5. Networking - with influencers, industry partners, service partners, RWAs, associations, clubs and so on for sourcing enquiries and site visits.
6. Strategic participation - work out sales strategy, plan associated activities based on longterm, yearly, half yearly, quarterly and monthly goals
7. To establish target audience and focus energy on catchment areas, modes of reaching out, communication modes, materials etc
8. Team building and management - hiring and training of team members on concept selling, specifics of senior living
9. Develop inter departmental synergy to ensure rich customer experience during sales visits, trial stays, moving in and during promotional activities
10. Plan and conduct of promotional activities and events
11. MIS - analyse data periodically and provide reports to management, brainstorming sessions for productivity
12. Periodic analysis of leads, leads to visits, trial stays and conversions to derive best practices
13. Pricing - participate and advice on yearly increments, promotional pricing, premium pricing for dwelling units and club membership with solid reasoning
14. Documentation - ensure timely closure of the deals, complete paper work, follow up for pending documentation if any
15. Billing and collection - raise timely payment demands, collect payments and issue receipts, ensure that moving is executed post formalities only
16. Maintaining sales chart with sold unsold units and make periodic plans for selling individual units
