Responsibilities:
- Drive sales conversions and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct effective customer presentations and site visits.
- Handle customer inquiries and address their concerns.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for high-value residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase NKlusive's properties.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and provide feedback to team members.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Develop and implement team incentive programs to boost morale and productivity.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement in sales strategies and processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance data.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA with 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Passion for real estate and a strong desire to succeed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in luxury real estate sales.
- CRM software proficiency.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Qualifications:
- MBA with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
