Job Description
- Track working standards, reference standards, and other sample requests from various regulatory authorities and customers, ensuring timely dispatch.
- Prepare draft responses to queries received from health authorities, Regulatory Affairs, and customers, incorporating inputs from respective stakeholders, and respond to the concerned parties.
- Share updated stability data with the Regulatory Affairs team on a periodic basis.
- Provide revised specifications (RM, PM, and FP) whenever there is a change in the registered specifications.
- Support compliance of all export consignments from the manufacturing site in accordance with country-specific requirements and registrations.
- Issue, review, and retrieve Batch Manufacturing Records, Batch Packing Records, and Batch Filling Records as required.
- Issue and retrieve logbooks, loose formats, ATRs, and other documents for respective departments as needed.
- Log, review, and track the closure of investigations, complaints, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs as per SOPs.
- Prepare and review QMS trackers and trend analyses.
- Review procedures and documents to ensure alignment with regulatory and quality standards.
- Review FDA Form 483s and quality alerts received for necessary actions.
- Review and approve artworks, specifications, and ATRs within the Harmony system and ensure proper handling.
- Oversee vendor/service provider qualifications and agreements to ensure compliance.
- Execute customer questionnaires and provide responses to customer queries.
- Handle and maintain Quality Technical Agreements (QTAs) with customers.
- Review and approve artworks and specifications in the Harmony system.
