1. Project coordination with internal cross function team. 2. Single point contact for customer for project update. 3. Prepare project plan with CFT. 4. Ensure adherence to timeline as per project plan. 5. Coordinate and organize the meeting with customer and NPCIL. 6. Ensure attendance for periodic meeting with customer. 7. Organize internal periodic meeting with CFT for update. 8. Report to Project leader in-case of hurdle. 9. Contractual documents management for the project. 10. Ensure timely response to contractual letters from customer. 11. Keep tracking of documents movement from CG to customer to NPCIL. 12. Ensure proper formats from customer to avoid rework. 13. Preparation and monitoring of full cost model for the project. 14. Periodic report circulation to CFT team. 15. Follow-up with customer for necessary approvals.
