Location: Ahmedabad/ Sikkim/ Aligarh
Role Purpose:
The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and managing the production team. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet production targets within budget.
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
1. Financial:
· Manage production budgets and optimize resource allocation.
· Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
· Ensure efficient use of materials and reduce waste.
· Track and report on financial performance of production activities.
2. Customer:
· Ensure the production of high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
· Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
· Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to meet customer demands.
· Address and resolve any production-related customer issues.
3. Process:
· Align production strategies with overall business objectives.
· Develop and implement best practices for operational efficiency.
· Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the production process.
4. People:
· Lead, mentor, and develop the production team.
· Foster a positive and productive work environment.
· Implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
· Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Key Deliverables:
· Achievement of production targets and adherence to schedules.
· High-quality products with minimal defects.
· Efficient use of resources and reduced production costs.
· Continuous improvement in production processes.
Key Interactions:
· Internal Stakeholders: Quality Team, Logistics Team and Supply chain team
· External Stakeholders: Vendors, Customers
Key Dimensions:
· Scope: Oversee the entire production process, from planning to execution.
· Impact: Direct influence on product quality, production costs, and meeting business targets.
· Team Size: Manage a team of production staff, including supervisors and operators.
· Decision-Making: Make critical decisions regarding resource allocation, process improvements, and problem-solving in real-time.
Educational Qualifications:
· Btech/ Mtech Dairy / Food Technology / Agriculture
Experience (Type & Nature):
· 3- 6 Years of experience in Plant FMCG
Functional Competencies
· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Proficiency in production management software and tools.
· Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
