Asst./ Deputy Manager- Exports (CRM)

Role & responsibilities

• Assist and support the HOD for preparing the Sales plan, as per customer requirements and dispatch schedule
• Coordinate with the customer and internal design team for final design approval
• Prepare the art work and send to the customer for approval
• Follow up with customer for order confirmation, Proforma invoice approval, payments terms, etc
• Prepare the product sample folders kit for the customers and submit quotation, after obtaining necessary approvals from Management
• Receive customers feedback and act upon the same as per seniors directions
• Arrange the final dispatch and shipment at the Customer Site, and ensure on time delivery
• Address customer complaints promptly by coordinating with the concerned departments to which the query is concerned (production, quality, dispatch, etc) and ensure resolution as per customers satisfaction

• Timely punching of customers orders in ERP system and closely monitor and track the order at each stage
• Ensure timely creation of delivery order and preparing ARE-1 document for labels exports
• Provide priority list document to PPC for production planning and coordinating with relevant departments for processing of orders

• Ensure that all reporting ( written and verbal) are submitted as per defined timeline to Head Exports
