Responsible for Sales & Distribution of Co-brands Credit card Sales, People Management, Partner Engagement, Work under budgeted cost assigned & responsible for overall Business Operations of assigned Territory. Hiring & Deployment of Sales Executives in Partner Outlets, Spread on Distribution of Sales Team in available Partner outlets, Responsible for Backend operation s team on fulfillment of Applications sourced from Stores, Need to operate the Business under assigned cost of acquisition, Control on Attrition of Team members, Deliver the Targets in given time frame, Ensure regular Training for New Team & Refresher Training for the existing team members.
