Role & responsibilities

• Government Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials at various levels (central, state, and local).
• Represent the company's interests in various government forums and discussions.
• Monitor and analyze government policies and regulations that impact the company's operations.
• Proactively identify and address potential regulatory challenges.
• Engage in proactive lobbying efforts to influence government policies in favor of the company.
• Industry Relations:
• Collaborate with industry associations and other stakeholders to address common challenges and opportunities.
• Represent the company's interests in industry forums and conferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players.
• Share best practices and industry knowledge within the organization.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular reviews of regulatory requirements and advise the business on necessary actions.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate regulatory risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance across all departments.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors.
• Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on key issues and developments.
• Research and Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth research on relevant industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes.
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on research findings.
