Job Description
- Real Estate candidates are preferred
- Should have hands-on experience in the registration process & Customer communication.
- Addressing customers' queries related to legal documentation & Sale deed drafts.
- Should be clear on Payment Structure & final reconciliation statement with the accounts team.
- Responsible for creating daily scheduled reports from SAP on registrations scheduled/completed and various other reports on a need basis.
- Interact with customers and make follow-up calls to push customers for registration.
- To have a clear understanding on the documents required for registration (Katha, EC, K2 Challan & sale deed)
- Follow up with Banks & Customers for the final disbursement.
- Constant follow-up emails for those customers who are delaying to complete registration process.
- Proper coordination with team members & advocate office for smooth process to complete the registrations.
- Co-ordinating with Accounts team to update records and financial transactions.
- Preparing Registration statements.
- Addressing audit queries post registration.
- Candidates good in communication (it is vital for both internal and external customers )
- Handled a project which is OC received (they would have done registration and can relate it better with our process) . For ex: Maushik had done about 3 or 4 registration of sale deed and 100+ registrations of sale agreement, but knew the process completely and says that he could handle volumes | we are still taking a chance as he has not handled volumes
- If someone has the aptitude and is a quick learner, we can still consider if they are determined
- Lastly, this profile needs a resource who can take pressure

HR Policy is good
Inhouse that is BELCON is the biggest flop no respect with client team lots of disrespect no value for work treats like 3rd grade contractors. Whereas coming to the work only 3 to 4 activities that is structure, in finishing only tiles and punning work no further works very disgusting.
