- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience:
- 7 - 12 years of experience in the Copper industry
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Demonstrated expertise in electrical systems and maintenance
- Lead and oversee the electrical operations within the Copper industry, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Manage a team of electrical professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize electrical systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address electrical issues and improvements
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment and infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Participate in the planning and execution of electrical projects, including installations and upgrades
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for electrical challenges
- Contribute to the development and implementation of safety protocols and training programs
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in electrical systems
