Job Description

Planning & managing overall facility and administrative support services.
Conducting periodic inspections at sites ensuring flawless technical, housekeeping, security and other services, will be managing maintenance of all technical equipment.
To ensure consistency in terms of standards and procedures, work practices, through OMs and Facility Managers.
To conduct the daily meetings with the Site Manager to ensure smooth day to day operations.
Ensure all statutory compliances and processes are completed for the site.
Responsible for all client interactions & client service reviews.
Weekly reviews with the OMs and Facility Manager on the services.
Suggest and plan along with the Facility / Ops Manager, innovative and cost effective solutions for the site.
To work on the operational processes at sites along with the respective managers and review of the processes and whether the same can be more effectively used for efficient work.
Responsible for all needed coordination with the Account Head and Corporate & Base office.
Responsible for MIS and profitability of site as per terms.
To lead and train a team of OMs and Facility managers in the Area / Region
Structured operational reviews.
Maintains property, maintaining and securing premises.
Accomplishes financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal services
Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
Secures property by contracting with security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.
Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
