AGM/DGM

Production Planning and Management:

• Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery schedules and optimize production capacity.
• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure production aligns with product design and customer needs.
• Quality Control:
• Establish and enforce strict quality standards for sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Implement quality control procedures, including in-process inspections and final product testing.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to minimize defects.
• Equipment Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all sheet metal fabrication equipment (e.g., cutting machines, bending brakes, punching machines).
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians to address equipment issues promptly.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead and motivate a team of sheet metal workers, including fabricators, welders, and assemblers.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.
• Cost Management:
• Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor material usage and implement strategies to minimize waste.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers to optimize material costs.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures within the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
