Sr. Manager/DGM/AGM (Budget and Cost management)

Role & responsibilities

1. Review and validation of Bill of quantities/cost estimate given by consultants.

at tender stage.

2. Quantities take off from drawings for Civil and MEP works.

3. Rate analysis of Civil, Architectural and MEP items for the market rate justification.

4. ABC analysis of CSQ with HR and LR item rate statement.

5. Checking of Contract document and billing terms.

6. Assessment of quantity variation if any.

7. Extra item rate verification and quantity verifications

8. Change Order Management

1. Monitor and control the cost during construction to ensure that cost is not exceeded.

10. Gap analysis in awarded (BOQ) and executed work.

Preparation of MIS reports

Preferred candidate profile

1. Should have hands-on experience in execution and quantity surveying.

2. Should be competent in MS office

3. Knowledge of ERP

4. Knowledge of AUTO CAD

5. Should be Civil Engineering graduate having exposure in quantity surveying and cost management.
