Role & responsibilities

1. Plant Head Role and leading the site team of Production, Engineering, Warehouse, EHS & Administration

2. Handling of multiple API Production Blocks & API Sterile Production Block

3. Responsible for Production planning, execution and on-time deliveries

4. Enhancement of Productivity, Yield improvement, , Quality improvement, and Cost reduction

5. Ensure Safe operations of the plant

6. Handling Customer & Regulatory audits

Preferred candidate profile

B Tech-Chemical with experience in API Sterile manufacturing is preferred
