WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum Total Work experience of 3 Years

* Excellent spoken, written communication & presentation skills.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design.

* Experience using design software such as Coral, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator & other graphic & video making softwares

* Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices

* Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.

* Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material.

* Knowledge about various POSM material on different paper/media.

* Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns

* Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines

* Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.

* Collaborate with Agency/Printing jobbers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics.

* Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.

* Implement feedback and changes whenever possible

* Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.

* Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

* Strong analytical skill

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
