Education Counsellor

Role & responsibilities :

• Understand students' goals and suggest suitable IT courses.
• Explain course details, benefits, and career options.
• Guide on enrollment, fees, and certifications.
• Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Follow up with prospective students to resolve concerns.
• Stay updated on IT trends and provide feedback to improve programs.
• Generate leads through cold calling and build client connections.
• Attend events to represent the company and expand the network.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Any Graduate can apply with relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresher Can apply.
• Previous experience in education counseling, sales, or customer service, especially in an IT context, is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage student records and follow-up activities.
