Corporate Communications Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
• Create and manage the company's messaging and positioning to ensure consistency across all communication channels. Ensure messaging aligns with the company's brand and values.
• Draft and edit various types of content, presentations, catalogues, internal & external communication materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry associations, and other external partners.
• Manage all types of external and internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, and other communications, including monitoring and responding to inquiries.
• Develop and manage budgets for communication initiatives.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Single point contact for all types of Sales, Marketing, Product Certification communications.
• Manage corporate website and presentation on all social media platforms.
• Performing and undertaking any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by superior/management from time to time

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with a bachelor degree in mass communications, advertising, media, marketing, public relations, or another relevant degree.
• At least 5 to 7 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• MS office, Corel Draw and other related software
• Skilled in corporate communications, public relations, press release, presentation, events and project management.
• Strong written and oral communications skills with an ability to create technical and persuasive content
• Candidate should be very savvy in social media, digital communications and related matters.
• Interfaces effectively and positively at all levels of internal and external management and staff.
