Manager / Assistant Manager - Corporate Communications

Role & responsibilities

• Work with the team to build a PR strategy that drives communication objectives.
• Work on Consumer PR, Trade PR, Business PR.
• Ideate and proactive PR ideas to drive the ESG narrative for the brand.
• Work closely with relevant media.
• Work with the PR and Social Media agency partners.
• Ideating innovative PR strategies, and developing effective PR plans using appropriate strategies and tactics.
• Managing written and verbal communication for the Company in press and on social media.
• Maintaining healthy and engaging relationship with media houses, and managing and maintaining media contact database.
• Drafting effective and well researched press notes & press releases; case studies; authored articles, interviews.
• Pitching interviews, articles, and speaking opportunities for the organization and spokesperson.
• Analyze media outcomes and return on objectives.
• Working with industry bodies and NGOs for CSR Ideas.
• Assessing opportunities for sponsorships and other partnerships and managing relations
• Leading website content and development, SEO etc.
• Assist in crisis management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in PR / Corporate Communication with some experience in Real Estate.
• Media relations.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, with eye for detail.
