MS Dynamics Business Central Senior Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a functional consultant who will understand customer business requirements, translate these into Business Central solutions, and effectively communicate to customers how their needs are met through standard or customized solutions. This role involves collaboration with various teams for project delivery, quality assurance, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add ons, providing support, training, and documentation.

Collaborate with the team (Business Central, Power Platform, SharePoint) and work alongside experienced colleagues.

Partner with technical staff to define and document user requirements and solution specifications.

Provide post-implementation support.

Offer consulting services and support to Business Central clients.

Execute tasks identified in solution design, implementing relevant configuration or customization changes.

Complete training and learning activities to obtain relevant Microsoft Certifications.

Experience:

Extensive(7-8 years) experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Proficient in change management processes and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents.

Strong interpersonal skills, capable of supporting and communicating with users at all levels.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Effective team player.

Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, Dynamics 365 Platform, Power Platform, and Azure/Cloud concepts.
