Project Manager

We are looking for a senior Project Manager, B.E. (Civil), with around 10-12 years experience of handling large projects in cost range of minimum 25-50 crores specifically in the Hospitality sector to handle the Central Kitchen project of Delta Corp Limited being executed at Verna, Goa to ensure that the project is completed within the agreed timelines and budgets.

Role & responsibilities

• Project Manager will be in charge of ensuring that the projects (currently Central Kitchen) are completed on time and within budget.
• The incumbent is expected to prevent the scope of the project from creeping and manage individual tasks with attention to detail.
• Should be able to deliver results with deadlines and budget constraints.
• Should be experienced in project design and planning, and should be able to collaborate and coordinate with designated teams.
• Will be in charge of the site including team members, setting deadlines, designating assignments, and monitoring every stage of project progress.
• Should be skilled in tracking progress, summarizing results, and communicating with Management, Vendors and other stakeholders.

Requirements :-

• Proficiency with industry-standard project manager tools and software
• Strong technical background in hospitality industry projects
• Project Management Professional certification will be preferred
• Strong budget management skills to minimize project cost overruns
• Ability to set and meet project deadlines
• Excellent quality analysis and control
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Consistent conflict resolutions skills
