Job Description
- Record and maintain day-to-day business transactions (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, etc).
- Update bank accounts with daily transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Generate invoices and challans in Zoho on a daily basis.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
What Were Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and other accounting terms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and Cloud Accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Knowledge of banking processes, E-way bills, and similar tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing documents and data.
