Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Executive with 2-3years of experience to
manage accounting tasks and financial operations within the Enzymes industry. Only applicants residing in and around Nandurbar/Nashik/Dhule District must apply for the position.

Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Financial Management
- Day to day accounting involving Petty cash, voucher entry, accounts
receivable and banking activities, Ledger reconciliation with Vendors.
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial record-keeping across all accounting
functions.
- Handling all banking related works.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including coordinating for vendor
payments and invoices.
- Bill Certification Verification (Enzymes Industry Focus)
- Keeping track of Clients bills to be raised on timely manner.
- Review and certify vendor bills/ invoices.
- Coordination with various teams both intra and internal and also, to
reconcile discrepancies if any in billing and other accounting activities.
- MIS Reporting
- Prepare and analyse Management Information System (MIS) reports for
senior management in the prescribed format regularly and timely.
- Timely preparation of both Receivable and Payable statement regularly.
- Tally Financial Software
- Good working knowledge of Tally and /OR similar financial software.
- Extracting/Preparation of Reports on regular basis from Tally and other
Inputs.
Skills
- Good working knowledge of MS office (Excel, word, PPT) and other allied
office tools.
- Strong experience with various accounting functions including bill
certification.
- Proficient in Tally and other accounting software for financial managemenand reporting.
- Deep understanding of tax regulations, financial reporting and industry-specific billing practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Education: Master s degree in Accounting (MCom) or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in the manufacturing industry with a strong emphasis on managing vendor bills and payments, accounting, tally ERP and managing overall administration of the organisation. Candidates with knowledge of TDS and GST will be preferred.
Compensation : Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates.
