Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and presentable Business Analyst with a strong Finance background, preferably from a Big 4 or Investment Banking (IB) firm.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with large-scale banks, a deep understanding of corporate structures, and the ability to provide strategic insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior management to assess strategic opportunities and risks.
- Analyze and interpret corporate structures to identify synergies and integration opportunities.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different business units, providing insights on deal structures and financial implications.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
- Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities in banking and finance.
- Manage various legal entities and provide instructions to the accounting team regarding payments from specific legal entities, considering the complexities of operating as a crypto firm with multiple legal entities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, financial services, and corporate structures.
- Experience working with large-scale banks, financial institutions, or Big 4 consulting firms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and post-merger integration.
- CFA, CPA, or MBA from a top-tier institution is a plus.
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern and Indian financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
