Job Description: Business Analyst - Delta Exchange

Responsibilities:

- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new projects or enhancements.

- Work extensively with SQL to extract and analyze data for actionable insights.

- Create advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and tools to support decision-making processes.

- Assist in evaluating trading strategies and providing data-driven insights to enhance trading operations.

- Leverage basic Python knowledge for automating routine data tasks and enhancing analytics capabilities.

- Understand derivatives and trading concepts to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and VBA/macros.

- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of Python is a plus but not mandatory.

- Familiarity with derivatives or trading is desirable.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the finance or trading industry.

- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
