Verification And Validation Engineer

Key Responsibilities and skills:

- Creation of test designs, test processes, test cases and test data.

- Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures.

- Prepare all reports related to software testing carried out.

- Ensure that all tested related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.

- Work closely with Development, Product Management and Support team.

- Mentoring junior test engineer.

- Create Test Automation script.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global team.

- Good Knowledge on ISO 26262

- Good knowledge on V model lifecycle.

- Good Understanding with SW Functional Validation using HIL Testing, Testing Techniques etc.

- Good understanding with test tools, such as CANoe, vTeststudio, CAPL Coding, VectorCast, VT System, CANoe.DIVA, Debuggers, and TPT etc.

- Working exp. with UDS/DTC Test, ECU Flash Test, Unit Testing and Integration Testing.

- Working exp. With IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation, IBM Rational RM and QM management tools

Qualifications: Education

- B. Tech/M. Tech in EC/EEE from a reputed institute
