Job Description
1. Develop and implement user-friendly and high-performance web applications using React.js.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive user experience.
3. Lead the technical architecture and design discussions for React.js projects, making critical decisions about technology stack, code structure, and performance optimization.
4. Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in React.js development, incorporating emerging technologies and methodologies into the development process.
6. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring excellent performance across various devices and browsers.
7. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues promptly and effectively.
8. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process by suggesting and implementing process enhancements and tools.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven 4+ years of experience in developing web applications using React.js and related technologies.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- We are looking for solid work and project experience with some level of enterprise/large scale web Application experience. Developers must hold a level of professional ethics.

- LAMP - Core/Framework (e.g. Laravel)
- Detailed Skill Expectations
- Seeking mid-senior level full stack Laravel/ReactJS developer.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or similar.
2. Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and/or static site generation (SSG) techniques.
3. Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies for frontend applications (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress).
4. Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
