Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary: Delostyle Studio Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, generating, and nurturing leads across multiple channels to drive business growth. This role requires excellent research abilities, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset to secure high-quality leads, especially within the IT and creative services industries.

Role & responsibilities :

• Conduct research to identify potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, industry directories, and databases.
• Generate leads via email campaigns, cold calling, social media outreach, and networking.
• Qualify leads by evaluating their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
• Build and maintain a database of leads, managing the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and refine lead generation strategies.
• Arrange meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
• Track and assess lead generation performance, providing regular reports on campaign results.
• Keep up with industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (preferably within IT, digital services, or creative sectors).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Experience using lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.).
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and SEO is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience generating leads for IT services, web/app development, or creative solutions.
• Familiarity with international markets and generating global leads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
