Job Description

Project Management:
Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to address potential impacts.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes.
Scrum Master Duties:
Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide and support the development team in agile practices, helping them to adhere to Scrum principles and processes.
Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure the team can focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their performance and development.
Coordinate with other project managers, scrum masters, and departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and resource management.
Process Improvement:
Assess and improve project management and agile processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging practices in project management and agile methodologie
