Responsibilities:
- Preparation and regular updating of Partnership Deeds
- FEMA advisory and compliances
Outward investments / contracts / IWRF
Inward remittances in form of royalty, fees
Annual compliances
Coordination
- Oversight of compliances of overseas offices, JV and WOS
List of compliances to be performed
Timelines for compliances
Appointment of local advisors
Confirmation of compliances
- ICAI
Filings with ICAI
Brand and communication related compliances
- Companies Act and LLP laws
Advisory and compliance
Filings with the ROC
- Single point co-ordination between various stakeholders
