1. Proficiency in AWS & Cloud concepts, Linux, REST API and Java
2. Experience in several coding languages e.g. python and (shell)scripting.
3. Knowledge of and good experience with ECS, RDS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CloudWatch.
4. Knowledge of CI/CD using Jenkins, AWS DevOps, GitHub and/or equivalent tools.
5. Understanding of modern security concepts.
6. Experience in working in Agile teams.
7. Setting up and managing Release Management.
8. Migrating the software artefacts into a CI/CD pipeline.
9. Supporting our AWS migration.
10. Strong experience in AWS cloud services (S3, Redshift, Lambda, Glue, EMR, etc.).
11. Expertise in building and managing ETL pipelines using AWS tools like Glue and Step Functions.
12. Proficiency in Python or Scala for data processing, with experience in PySpark being a plus.
13. Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing concepts, and relational databases (e.g., Redshift, Aurora).
14. Experience with streaming data solutions (e.g., Kinesis, Kafka) for real-time processing.
15. Strong understanding of IAM roles, security best practices, and data governance in AWS.
16. Experience working with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform).
17. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex data pipelines for performance and cost efficiency.
18. Excellent problem-solving skills and good communication abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
