Must have experience on Support Packs, Languages, Add-ons components upgrades using SPAM/SAINT.

Good to have Solution Manager Experience on 7.2.

Must have experience on Java/OKTA SSO Server.

Cloud Experience:

Must have Basic AWS Administration tasks.
