• Key Responsibilities:
• Revenue Reporting:
• Prepare and analyse comprehensive monthly and quarterly revenue reports.
• Prepare budgets in the internal Deloitte Pricing Tool (P2W) for the projects and aligning with Engagement Team in the code creation process
• Monitor and interpret revenue trends, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Variance Analysis:
• Perform detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and trends.
• Collaborate in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Cost Reduction:
• Conduct thorough overhead analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings (ensuring all non-billable expenses are moved to billable codes on a timely basis).
• Develop and implement cost reduction strategies in partnership with department heads, monitoring progress and outcomes.
• Operations Management:
• Analyse resource utilization and efficiency, proposing improvements where necessary.
• Address missing time reporting and other operational gaps to enhance productivity.
• Planning and Budgeting Support:
• Assist in the planning and budgeting processes, providing necessary financial insights and analyses.
• Collaborate with directors and managers for effective reporting and decision-making.
• Reporting and Automation:
• Provide support to the Engagement Team for timely billing and collection follow ups with client.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Technical Skills:
• Leverage advanced Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Create compelling presentations for leadership using PowerPoint, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CMA) is a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably within consulting or professional services.
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and drive initiatives to completion.
