Assistant Manager - Cyber Strategy & Transformation

Cybersecurity Strategy Development:

• Assist in designing and refining cyber strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Support the creation of roadmaps for cyber transformation, including policy development, technology assessments, and program management.
• Conduct gap analysis to evaluate existing cybersecurity frameworks, identifying vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement.

Digital Transformation Support:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity considerations into digital transformation projects (cloud, IoT, AI, etc.).
• Advise on secure adoption of emerging technologies, ensuring that security is embedded in the transformation lifecycle.
• Develop secure architecture designs to support business transformation goals.

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Assist in identifying cybersecurity risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Monitor industry standards and regulatory changes (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, NIST, ISO) to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to the development of risk management strategies, ensuring they reflect evolving threats and organizational needs.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct research and data analysis on current cyber trends, technologies, and emerging threats.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and cybersecurity metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

Client Interaction:

• Assist in client-facing engagements, gathering requirements and delivering insights in a clear, professional manner.
• Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations to showcase capabilities and value.
• Support client workshops, training sessions, and strategy meetings to educate teams on cybersecurity best practices.

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

• Collaborate with other analysts, consultants, and stakeholders to share knowledge and insights on cybersecurity trends.
• Contribute to the development of internal knowledge repositories and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and attack vectors.
