Role & responsibilities
- Studying customer requirements, Researching manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
- Soliciting observations from operators.
- Create and modify technical publications for assembling, installing, and verifying components.
- Confirm and review technical publications.
- Answer questions and requests.
- Comply with government and company regulations and policies.
- Maintain product and company reputation
- Assure technical publications quality
- Maintain technical publications database
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Contribute to group effort
- Accomplishing related results as needed.
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of XML
- Familiar with CAD-systems, preferably Autodesk Inventor/Vault
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Simplified Technical English
- Familiar with Adobe Illustrator
- Easy to learn new software
