Job Description

Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Associate cum HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Della Luxury Products.

This individual will play a dual role, providing excellent front-desk reception services while also supporting HR functions, particularly in accommodation & travel coordination for new hires and assisting in recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in administrative roles, with a background in both reception duties and human resources coordination.


Key Responsibilities:


Front Desk Associate Duties:


  • Front Desk Management: Greet and assist all guests, visitors, and staff members in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Phone and Email Handling: Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages when necessary.
  • Guest Services: Ensure visitors sign in, issue visitor badges, and notify relevant employees of their arrival.
  • Mail & Deliveries: Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries as required.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism and hospitality of the organization.

HR Coordinator Duties:


  • Accommodation and Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics and accommodations for new hires, ensuring seamless relocation and onboarding experiences.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the preparation of employee orientation materials and conduct necessary follow-up for new hire integration.
  • Hiring Coordination: Assist the HR team with job postings, candidate scheduling, interviews, and follow-ups, ensuring timely recruitment processes.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and assist with HR paperwork as needed.
  • Support for HR Activities: Provide administrative assistance in HR activities such as training, performance reviews, and employee engagement events.

Qualifications & Skills:


Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably with exposure to HR functions or hospitality environments.


Skills:


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education: A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.

Professionalism: A friendly, approachable demeanour, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
