Role & responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Revenue Management:
- Develop and execute detailed sales strategies to drive room bookings, events, and group reservations.
- Identify growth opportunities and build action plans for various revenue streams (leisure, MICE, and adventure tourism).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing and promotional strategies.
- Manage budget allocations to optimize return on investment (ROI) from sales initiatives.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Customize packages to meet client needs, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
- Represent Della Resorts at key hospitality forums and networking events in Mumbai.
3. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the teams hospitality-specific sales skills.
- Monitor team performance and implement corrective measures as needed.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing to develop impactful campaigns and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with operations and event teams to deliver flawless guest experiences.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, reservations, and front office teams for seamless client handling.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Experience in luxury hospitality sales, specifically within the Mumbai market.
- Deep understanding of high-end resort guest expectations and preferences.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
