Job Description
- Own and drive Systems Management Validation and work on the latest Hardware technology available in Industry.
- Create/Contribute to the Test plan/Test Strategy of Systems Management Team by creating new testcases based on standard SPECs
- Test Strategy ownership for all current and new technologies and its implementation
- Work with Validation Architects, Technologists and Engineering Development teams for Strategizing, Planning and test Execution
- Drive and deliver Automation for the Program undertaken and working with Automation lead to getting it implemented.

Essential Requirements
- Strong and in-depth technical knowledge in Server / system management architecture and proven expertise in Validating System Management / Server Validation projects (BMC, BIOS, CPLD, etc).
- Hands on experience in Software/Firmware validation methodology and tools, (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative models) , Solid understanding of Testing domain and tools with strong Testing acumen.
- Storage Domain Basics Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience as a Test and Automation engineer, hands-on with testing and System level product knowledge, defect characterization, Functional Non functional and integration testing, ability to create test strategy, test cases and test plan.
- Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and excellent analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge and hands on experience in Automation content development using Python and experience working on AI development tools such as CoPilot.
- Good knowledge of one or more Server operating systems (Windows 2016, 2019, Red hat RHEL 8.0 or Suse, ESXi 6.5, 6.7, 7.0) and Virtualization technologies.
- Good Understanding of Hardware Architecture like BIOS, FPGA, BMC etc
- Good understanding of Testing domain and tools especially in latest AI/ML emerging technologies
