Delivery Manager

Role & responsibilities:

Experience:

• 5+ years in managing data management, engineering, or analytics programs.
• Proven track record in managing data projects and timely delivery.
• Experience with data integration, warehousing, and modeling.
• Strong understanding of data pipeline management, ETL processes, and analytics.

Skills:

• Proficient in data management tools and technologies (SQL, NoSQL, ETL tools, and cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus.

Certifications:

• PMP or Scrum Master certification (preferred).
• Data-related certifications (AWS Certified Big Data, Google Professional Data Engineer) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
• Familiarity with machine learning or AI in data solutions.
• Experience with data governance and compliance (GDPR).
