Fraud Operations Manager

Trust is Deliveroo s dedicated fraud and abuse prevention group, working across all sides of the marketplace and all markets. Our mission is to make life harder for fraudsters and easier for genuine Deliveroo customers. We are a single threaded group of fraud operations specialists, software engineers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, designers and product managers, working in close partnership with Compliance, Payments, Care and teams across the business. We are looking for an experienced manager to lead fraud operations for Deliveroo.

What you ll be doing

In this role youll be finding solutions to some of the toughest and most exciting questions we must answer for Deliveroo. You ll lead a team of fraud analysts to improve fraud detection and prevention and help to accelerate our shift towards more precise and automated fraud decisioning.
